The journey for a Luminary tool

Currently I am only about half way through tier two which I'm crafting iron ingots lol. Just wondering what the community is grinding on for 750 synths of tier three 21-30. I would assume steel ingots but have heard bomb ash is a pain to farm. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated. Thanks

North of horizon there is a bunch of bombs that are easy to kill and drop 1-2 ash almost per kill. GL~

The new recipe is 3 iron ores for a ingot.

1-10 - Bronze Spikes
11-20 - Bronze Celata Visors or Brass Squares
21-30 - Bronze/Iron Squares or Brass Vambraces
31-40 - Iron Celata Visors
41-50 - Iron Poleyns

Total Cost: ~65k shards. All can be hasty handed (provided you are 50 or at least 7ish levels above the synth). You can get a couple goldsmith and leatherworker achievements in the process. There are less costly on shard ways to do it with the new recipes but it would require a much longer time investment to gather the materials (for example going iron, steel, cobalt rivets 20-50).
