What secondary stats should i be prioritizing for Bards?

I've been stacking Crit and Direct Hit, but not sure if that's the optimal way to build my bard. I can't really find anything on stat weights for 4.0 so could someone help me out or post links?

Crit is definitely still king on BRD, as all of our procs rely on it heavily. After that, I've been prioritizing DH over DET/SkS.

Is there a minimum amount of Det / SkS i should be having?

Det is better than DH at low values, although you're unlikely to ever have DH low enough to be in this range. If you somehow have no DH on gear, you're gonna want Det over DH.
