An idea/request for updated glamor system

As we add more jobs that share gear, many jobs share gear with two other jobs, it would be a good time to look into updating how our glamor system works. I would very much like if it was updated so that the glamor is applied to the armor slot for a job set rather than to the item itself.

Potential up-sides:
- Glamors would remain upon getting new gear without a need to reapply.
- Multiple looks can be saved for the same job by adding another armor set.
- Allows characters to have distinct looks for different jobs.

Potential down-sides:
- If you want the same look on every job sharing gear, the glamor would have to be applied to each job separately.
- Lower demand for glamor prisms created by crafters.

One idea I came up with was glamour being linked to job stones. That way for classes that share gear such as monk and samurai you could still have separate glamours.
