Option for Default Job Gear Appearance.

I'm not sure if this topic has been made yet, but I feel there should be an option for the job gear appearance to overlay any of the gear you have on for that specific job when you change job. It's part of what I feel disconnects the game from a traditional Final Fantasy feel; having to glamour or put on job gear just to look like that job just feels tedious and unnecessary... and it becomes even more impractical when you consider using tome or higher level gear that can be used for multiple jobs and makes them the same glamour on all jobs it's used on.

I feel this could be implemented in the character window with a simple check mark box next to gear to allow that job gear to show.
