I'm Hardcore spirit bound fan and i have little problem - Twincoon are at lvl 69 not 70 and don't give any % to spirit bound, for now only Zelkova Log are at lvl 70 and only them give spirit bound.

Can i have favor to Dev Team to change lvl for those items or change calculation spirit bound for ilvl 290 gear to spirit bound form 68 - 70, not only 70?

Legendary nodes are best. Chromite palladium thorea-log and rhea. These give 8% on NQ gear with one meld per node.

Make sure all your gear is HQ put junk melds in the slots, use a SB pot and squadron manual, you can also use the rings that you can buy from calamity vendor. Use legendary nodes gives you a higher increase in %
