[LFG] MCH looking for midcore static group

Hello Tonberry,
As the title says, I am a MCH looking for static group and available any time and any day. I am open for critic and please give me some suggestion to improve. I prefer to raid as much as possible during this month to tackle savage raid (P.S: idk if im looking for midcore or hardcore group based on availability). Currently, my ilevel is 314.

Experience:
To be honest my only experience raiding in FFXIV is only t1-t5 and cleared it before patch 2.1 and going for hiatus until 4.0 came out weeks ago. Please do give some suggestion if I do some mistakes along the process of raiding since I used to main healer not dps.

Please note that I am willing to play Bard if it is really necessary to do so. Give me a week to level up the bard to level 70 after you recruit me.
