LF Mid-Core LS/Group/Static/FC

I'm a tank main and I'm looking to take the next step in self-improvement and group play. I'm LF people to progressively clear extreme and savage content. I've been playing since 2.3 but always been casual til now. I've farmed both 4.0 Ex Primals. I'm keen, willing and looking for that buzz from high end group play and prog, that you can't get running dungeons. I have a PLD and WAR, enjoy a laugh and I'm receptive to feedback.
