Seriously SE, can we put instances back up on just the Lochs zone? People are camping for Ixion and I can't get in to gather or so my hunt bills and people can't get in to do the MSQ.... just the Lochs, isn't needed elsewhere. *Grumble.*

As I have mentioned in other threads, people are bored right now and are doing that. Once raiding opens up in 4.05, I expect most people to disappear and be occupied with Savage.
