In early 1.18 I got my archer to R50, then I took a long break from FFXIV. (I wonder why it says I'm only level 39 to my left) Now I'm back!! I want to start killing Primals. I have a few questions about updating to 1.20.
What is your action bar set up?
What other classes should I level?
What is the best gear I could buy for a couple million Gil?
id say the best weapon for archer must be the lominsan bow, which you buy for seals. It got only 22/23 damage of what ifrits bow got dps-wise. Also, with a 3.3 attack speed (vs ifrits 4.3) it is the best tp making weapon for archer. And an archer with tp is imba after this patch :)
5000 seals has a worth of 1-5 million gil based on how much work you put into getting em.
If you don't have the seals for the lominsan bow, the crab bow is a good choice, and has the benefit of adding materia to it. If you want low delay, then go with a cobalt Calvary bow.
