Hi!
I just purchase full version of FFXIV realm reborn for 9,99 EUR and updated my account to standard (digital edition). My question is:
1. Do i have 30 day sub or u have to buy subscription?
2. Do i have to dowload game again (i was playing one day on trial account/client)
Game is super fun :)

The full version includes 30 days of playtime, starting(im fairly sure) with when you register the code.
And no, you shouldnt have to download again i wouldnt think. The trial is more or less the (start of the)game, just with many features locked.

You will only need to download more client files if you buy the version that includes Heavensward and Stormblood (8gb addtional downoad).
As the other person said you get 30 days free with your purchurse and if you have created a charecter on one of the new realms you will get 15 days extra free when you get to level 30
