I'm not sure what you mean by leg piece. Looks like the new pvp gear though.

Easiest way to tell is if you're near them, examine their gear. If it's glamoured, it will show the original gears name for a few seconds, then switch to what it is glamoured as for a few, and switch back.

If it's a random image from the net...personally I think the image is too dark to be able to tell. Sorry.

Unfortunately this is a picture my friend took and he did not examine them, but he's curious as to what the waist to leg piece is.

Althyk's Cuisses of Striking. It's a HW PvP piece

Really hard to tell, some body gear hangs down lower while there is high raising boots, so much so it looks like they are leg gear. It does look like a set though so maybe we can try figure out what feet/legs/ body that is part of

Then the body is covering up the upper bits of it?
