Possible solution to hair clipping

I know this isn't a website suggestion, but i don't know where else to post this so here we go.
We all know hair clipping is truly a bothersome issue, especially if you are the kind that like to use long hairstyles. So what i suggest is including a "secondary hairstyle" option, that we could turn on and off, simmilar to the way we can activate or deactivate the headgear/weapon. That way, when we create our characters we would pick 2 hairstyles that we can switch between at free will, so for example my main hairstyle would be a long one, and my secondary hairstyle could be a shorter one that wouldn't have as many hair clipping issues as the long one would. Like that, if i were to equip something that makes my long hair clip, i could just turn on the secondary hairstyle option and have the issue solved!
