Fourth hotbar not saving my abilities?

Hey guys, I'm not sure where to post this - so I'll just post it here.

I main warrior, but sometimes play my dragoon and when I swap jobs, as you can see in the image, it retains what I use on my warrior profile, but only on the fourth hotbar.

Any way to remove this feature so that it'll switch all hotbars? Thanks

Check you character settings -> hotbar settings. You can turn off the share setting there.
