Oh you want to play? Enjoy 90k Day!

Today is the day, when you try to play but the game says no way, have a 90k!

In stone vigil I pray for the connection to stay, but nope says the game, you're going away, have a 90k!

Time to play another game today, to stay away from the 90k.

There's not much we can do besides complain on the boards though (and that doesn't do much either).

SE already released a statement saying that they've been under heavy pressure by DDoS attacks. If this is true, SE are either really good at mitigating them once it becomes a problem (I'm already back in with no lag), or the DDoS attacks are really short.

I stopped playing once I got back in and discovered there was still crippling lag and then got ANOTHER 90k.

So I heard a storm approaching,

Yeah, I had that too. Tried again and boom, I'm in and everything seems fine.

In terms of a DDoS attacks, I'm pretty happy that the server instability (at least for me) was so short. The DDoS attacks that I'm use to in games typically lasted for hours if not a whole day.

Star Trek Online had one which lasted a week.

It seems for the most part (at least for me) localized to instanced content only. I have no trouble staying connected to the open world zones. But once in an instance its lag and d/c city. It was so bad I could see and hear my husband mashing his combos in an effort to tank but nothing happened on his screen, at the same time on my screen the mobs are annihilating me and the SCH as we try to keep each other alive. (our SAM was red dotted the whole time also). We didn't even make it to the first boss, our group agreed to just Vote Abandon and hope things get better later.

This seems to be correct since I didn't have issues till I started a dungeon. but considering that's what I wanted to be doing in game today, I'd rather play something else until dungeons become playable again.

I can second this. Every time I have joined a Susano/Lak farm group we all have disconnected. Looks like a no farming night. x_x

I had plans on finishing Omega and starting to learn susanoo. But now I'm watching Game of Thrones
