Please expand the linkshell administration options

I do not know if this topic has been posted in the past, but here goes...

Please expand the options linkshell administrators have over their own linkshell. For instance, give us the ability to change the name of the linkshell or oust members who are no longer active. Since the maximum number of people allowed in a shell is 128, we have to repearl every so often to oust the people who have decided to no longer play Final Fantasy XIV.

I have spoken to a few linkshell leaders on my server and they would find this feature to be absolutely useful, so please consider it :)

The current way to kick requires someone to be online and near you. If someone has quit the game it would be impossible to ever kick them. The ability to remove player at any time should have been implemented at the release and now it really should have.

This should definatley be implimented before p2p. At least let people kick/promote people when they are offline and allow a Linkshell message.

I cannot stress enough the importance of the ability for leaders to be able to boot inactive players. Or people causing problems.

i jsut made a thread o this 2 weeks ago, turns out its imposable with the way the servers are setup and they dont want to divert any resources to it so the only thing i can tell you is when choosing members, choose wisely.

Some LS's re-pearl on a pretty regular basis... While this works, it is crappy there aren't good ways to manage the LS currently.

It is just one more thing on my mental "What were they thinking?" list...

This is neither the first, nor the last thread on this subject. I will thumbs-up the OP in every single one of these threads I see. Whoever thought the current implementation was sufficient and gave it the green light for implementation is delusional.

That being said, they're aware of the issue.

Yep this is for sure needed. But we wont see it till 2.0
