Unurlotho definitely deserves recognition!

I'd like to thank Unurlotho for answering my GM call on numerous different occasions and handling my situation in a manner that actually made you feel and believe that Unurlotho actually cared about what you had to deal with and the situation you're in. He's extremely down to earth, while still polite, respectful and professional. It honestly feels like you're speaking to an actual player or a friend at some points in the conversation when speaking to Unurlotho, they definitely have a way with words! Unurlotho's always extremely quick to answer my GM call's, responding faster than any other GM that has contacted me. The best part was, when I mentioned I recognized their name Unurlotho said upon further review of my account that they did remember my name and assisting me in the past. While it's more often than not an unfortunate situation that causes you to submit a GM call in the first place, there's no one I'd rather be contacted by more than Unurlotho! It's definitely to a huge relief to see their name appear when you're contacted! Thank ya once again for your time, effort and assistance Unurlotho!
