Is the Cait Sith Headband gone forever?

SE I would really, REALLY want to get this item, but I just learned about it's existence today and saw it comes with the Cait Sith plushie that's sold on the SE store but it seems the item is not available atm.

Will it come back? Can't you guys add the headband on the Mogstation later? Or is lost forever?

PLEASE, I found the doll on another site but it's charging way too much for the plushie and I would prefer to give my money to you guys. I know that the "Fox Headband" kinda looks like it, but I want the original Cait Sith Headband. D:
