No npc's in mining guild

So decided to start up mining today and went to the guild in uldah but no npc's loaded up, this was around 4pm gmt and i ended up just logging. I came back on at 7pm and still the same thing, they are showing on the minimap just not on the screen. I went away and did stuff with my ls for about 4 hours and came back to still nothing, logged out and back in a few times and still the same.
