Unlocking collectibles for DOH?

Hi

I'm not clear how to unlock collectibility. I've got a couple of my DOH over 50 now and while I haven't actually crafted anything from HW yet (doing Ixal and GC turnins to catch everything up) but the level 50 class quests mentioned nothing about it and the quests in Mor Dhona are still red.

I see comments in places about using collectibles to level from 50-60 (not ideal sure but an option) but hitting 50 hasn't unlocked the system.

What should I do?

Quest unlocks in Foundation:

You need to unlock quest and complete minimum lvl 50 story line. Have a specialist selected as well in foundation area, Merchant stall area forgot name. Then you will get quest from MorDhona.

Thanks! I'd been saving all the sidequests in Ishgard for an alt class!
