Moogle delivery service not deliverying

Steps:
1. Gets an notification sound and showing mail icon
2. Interacts with NPC character
3. NPC character interaction window shows no mail in either Open or Unopen tabs

I had bought an item off the Mog station when this occured and tried to have a friend send me an item they crafted, and it wont work i even sent them something but they were able to recieve my message.

If you got a notification from a GM the corresponding message is in the support desk menu

I did and they told me to send a bug report in the forums
