Best Class to Jump Pot?

Random opinion thread. Discussion came up this morning. Assuming you only had a single class leveled, to 70, which class would you Jump Pot?

Arcanist - two roles, one class.

I would argue this slightly. Arcanist can queue as heals, and get both jobs through it. Seems a pure DPS would be better. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Arcanist for sure.

Personally, none of them.

If you want to jump pot for best utility, probably Arcanist as stated multiple times.

SMN is a pure DPS, if you jump Arcanist, you just have to level a tank which queues even faster than heals in everything except 24 man raids (in which case you can play your Arcanist anyways).

no DPS job is so much better than SMN that you have to have it.

if your goal is to level all jobs to 70 the fastest and you have 1 Lv 70 job skip, yes you would use it on a DPS. but your original premise never stated this.

my personal objective is to be as useful as quickly as possible and do everything else leisurely.

I jumped Arcanist, purely because I'd never level it otherwise and it's a two for one deal.

If you do so: You'll still have to unlock and go do all the SCH quests, but it's very trivial.

Which is how I leveled my SMN. Went through the leveling solely as SMN, then did all the SCH quests once I was level 60.

I mean, on a personal level it would probably be NIN, because it's easily my least favorite job. It's already 60 so a moot point, but there you have it.

Any of the ARR starting jobs would do, though, as they gain 59 levels from a jump compared to 30 (DRK/MCH/AST) or merely 10 (SAM/RDM, though if I recall you can't use pots on them anyway).
