Unlocking Party Finder

Problem: The party finder is only unlocked after finishing the first dungeon in the main scenario quest, sastasha.

I am questioning why it is not unlocked when sastasha is unlocked, just like the duty finder.

The reason why I think this makes sense is because I have a friend that started in the preferred servers for stormblood because the server I am playing in is full. She does not have any experience in playing at all, so I would like to have her join my cross world party so we could guide her through the content but this is not possible, so she now has to finish sastasha using the duty finder instead.

Suggestion: unlock party finder when duty finder is unlocked.
