Steps:
1. Handed in different items (not sure which) from Level 70 dungeons
2. Hand ins on the supply and Provisions list disappeared
3. Also received credit towards "Give 'em what they want" Challenge from the Dungeon gear hand-in
4. The item hand-ins disappearance seems random and doesn't happen every time
5. I've posted this before, but couldn't update my original message, as it was moved to insufficient information
