Party Members can Prevent Other Members from Dropping from Duty

You currently cannot drop from Duty Finder when in Combat.

During Raids after the first wipe, there is only a couple second window to open Duty Finder and click "Leave"

If a party member attacks as fast as possible, as soon as they attack the Raid Boss you can no longer do this, and must wait for a wipe.

Because of this incredibly short window, if a group of players decides to harass others, they can repeatedly pull as soon as possible everytime, and most players won't have enough time to leave the duty. This results in players being locked into a duty and being restrained from leaving.

Furthermore, all it takes is for the harassing players to make up a majority of the group (4/8 or more) and the other 4 players are effectively stuck in the raid because they will fail any attempts to vote kick or vote abandon, locking them in the raid.

This is a major bug and harassing players can theoretically physically prevent victims from being able to play the game for an hour at a time, simply by entering raids in groups of four or more and then doing these actions.

Summary

A group of 4 or more players can enter Duty Finder raids, then by simply pulling the raid boss as soon as physically possible over and over, they can prevent the rest of the party from selecting Duty Finder => Leave. They only will have a small 3 second window to hit it.

Also, because there are four of them, any attempt to Vote Kick or Vote Abandon is impossible and will fail.

Solution

Allow players to leave a duty even during combat. There does not seem to be a feasible reason we currently cannot do this. This is a major issue and groups of players are beginning to use this as a very frustrating harassment tactic on new players.

There is a workaround for this. When you're dead, you are not counted as being in combat anymore. I had to do this to escape some awful Steps of Faith parties back in the day.
