Since 4.01 I've experienced longer load times, delays and my sending/receiving tanking to 0. Now, I don't know whether this is a hardware issue or an ISP issue.
I play on Mateus and I live in the UK and on WiFi. I know WiFi is a good reason for it but this only began after 4.01, before then I have been able to play without issue.
