i renewed my subscription and bought stormblood few days ago. however, i didn't get the welcome back reward as advertised on email and website. Also, the 90 days mount Falcon was else not validated under bonus section in the mog station. Does anyone know if i need to satisfy any other requirement??

Which reward is this? If it's the Callback Campaign, I believe you have to accept an invitation from an existing Friend in the game to trigger the reward.

This is something you have to check first since we don't know how long you were inactive. The time period is half a year about to not have logged into the game launcher.
Eligibility:
"Players who have subscribed to FINAL FANTASY XIV prior to January 15, 2017 and have not logged into the game launcher between Monday January 16, 2017 and Sunday, June 11, 2017."
