Quick food question

Just a quick question to get a feel for what food people are using @70 as a tank. I'd like to get some idea as to the best and then most cost efficient foods for both normal dungeon runs and then raiding. Thanks in advance! Also, I know there are many tanks who use no food at all, but I'm one of those that feel weird if I don't at least pop a cheap food item at the start of any run.

popoto soba, just because it's cute and easy to make.

Hard to tell before 4.05. Tank changes could waste you investment.

This is another reason to miss the .45/.45 STR/VIT damage calculation.

Made food choice much more simple. Just eye for highest VIT possible. Miss that little AP boost.

The seafood dishes are pretty easy too, I think Fisher retainer in SB is going back to the value it was in ARR. They got they shaft in HW.
