Unable to use spells/skills at appropriate level

So right now I'm a level 60 White Mage and I cannot use the following:

• Cure III
• Holy
• Benediction
• Asylum
• Stone III
• Assize
• Aero III
• Tetragrammaton

Plus the traits "Secret of the Lily" and "Stone Mastery II" are not active when they should be. Am I the only one suffering from this glitch or are their others?

Did you equipe your job crystal? did you complete your job quests up to level 60?
All this skills are unlocked by completing job quests level 40 (?) and above for White Mage.

Your job trainer is slightly north of Camp Tranquil on one of the stone pillars.
