No registration code

Hello,

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but I've purchased the digital copy for StormBlood last night around 8 PM est, and I haven't received a registration code nor confirmation e-mail. The purchase was made on the square enix online store.
It's not in my spam/promotions folders, nor can I see it in my orders. The invoice is weird, it has the number N° _0000 on it, however the order shows up as validated and the amount was withdrawn from my account.

I've submitted a ticket as well, but with the ETA for tickets being 48+ hours, I really hope I won't need to wait that long to get my code.

How long does it take to receive the registration code? Is this normal? I remember getting it almost instantly when i bought ARR/HW.

Same thing. Just purchased it today through Paypal and have yet to receive a code. Shows validated on my SE account but when I hit unlock code it just shows the instructions page. Have you solved your issue?

No reply to the ticket either, but that doesn't surprise me - being a weekend and all.

If I don't get anything in 48 hrs, I'll probably cancel the order and place a new one - not sure on how to go about getting my refund back though.

If you go to the Manage button you can cancel it right there. They will send you a conformation pretty quick. As long as you havent opened an activation code which neither of us have. I ordered the complete set from SE before the expansion came out and they wouldnt just send me the code for ffxiv. I had to wait till SB was released not preorder. I canceled and just bought the standard edition then I got the code asap. Might be because we used paypal. I might just cancel mine and order with the card and see if it goes through

I just looked and when I bought the standard it was with my CC not paypal. I also see that they DID refund me the price from my other canceled order so that's a plus :) Within 24hrs no less.
