I dunno how, but this needs to be suggested for the game!

I've been leveling BLM and I've been wanting to glamour my weapon to look like the Mog Staff from the FF13 event stuff...

Come to find out because it is a '1 handed' arm it can't glamour to the 2 handed staves that are all we get past level 50... So I think it should be suggested or push somewhere to let us glamour 1 handed mage arms to two handed ones we get stuck with post 50. It just seems fair so we can use stuff that we have gotten before, like the Mog Staff.

So.. yeah.. I didn't know where else to put this and it has probably been said before, but I needed to put it out there somewhere. ; ~;

I believe you can trade most 1 handers for 2 handers in Mor Dhona, the primal ones at least. As for a moogle staff, there is one from Thornmarch Ex if that's the particular style you want.

No the Mog Staff from the FF13 event stuff. Where you got weapons from FF13 and Lightning's outfit and Snow's Outfit. :c

Gosh, many of us have asked about this before, and it's never been brought up by the devs. There is a wand from the Flames gearsets and another from Adders that I love but I can't use in glamour for the exact same reason. The game just doesn't register that it's a main hand weapon.

I understand why they opted to drop the off hand stuff for mages for balancing reasons (easier to ensure your stats stay were they need to be if you have a single weapon), but they just refuse to go back to make the wands BLM and WHM had glamourable over the high level gear.

It's so annoying!

Right? Like I want to throw it at them as a suggestion to maybe do this for us, but I have no clue how. ;c

Something I still don't understand... WHY IS VANILLE'S BINDING ROD SINGLE HANDED? Vanille herself uses both hands to wield the thing... like wtf gives SE?

It is odd to have wand glamour items when the weapons themselves become fairly rare to come by around the later 20's stop being used completely around 40.

It just seems like something that should've been thought about.. or at the very least addressed why it wasn't possible.

I'd rather see them re-introduce the ability to acquire one-hand primary with shield for casters and healers. I actually enjoyed that back when I was a sprout and leveling the jobs, it saddens me that they removed it.

I think they should delete all one hand wands and shield and stuff for BLM, yes, EVEN your beloved event mog staff. Delete it!
Then few people complain and we all move on from this. People should just stop requesting small insignificant things from devs that only affect perhaps 1% of the player base, even if that.

There are far better suggestions that take priority, such as more housing, inventory increase and stuff like that. Which affects everyone.
