can't find the keeper's hymn

I can't find it anywhere in the grand company shop and I honestly have no clue where to post in the forums to get help. I tried posting other places but I'm not high enough level I guess. Seriously, where is it hiding?

They removed them from the game when they removed the extra attribute points when sb launched
