Hotbar Glitching On Ps4!!!

is it me but as a healer sometimes my hotbar glitches as im healing and switching hotbar tabs in battle.... its been really aggrivating me!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: it makes me not want to play until its fixed

Maybe you're just accidentally hitting the combo to switch to another crossbar.
I've done that a few times (RB + one of the main or directional buttons will switch to an assigned hotbar). Usually it happens when I'm switching to a little bit of dps (when the going's easy, of course) and try to use RT + RB for targeting a monster.

Nope ive literally tried everything i even held the R1 to try to swap between hotbars at that point and the hotbar selection wont even pop up! i could use all the abilities on that page but i wont be able to switch until it stops glitching and then il be able to switch and its a pain because i need to heall and have my heals on point. ive spoke to others around my server who have been experiencing the same problem on console ever since stormblood release its been kinda glitchy all around.
