A friend and I are suffering from dcs on using abilities or items in PotD. It only seems to happen while in there and since Stormblood. Its annoying we can level our jobs in there.

A friend and I are suffering from dcs on using abilities or items in PotD. It only seems to happen while in there and since Stormblood. Its annoying we can level our jobs in there.
I'm getting the same issue as you and your friend, but it's not limited to Palace of the Dead for me, it's happening in Fields of Glory (Shatter) as well, yet other dungeons and PvP maps are fine, my guess is that it's caused by an element of patch 4.01, that's when it started.
