The Umbral Eras

I'm pretty sure someday I've strumbled into a post talking about each Umbral era, mentioning the element linked to it (like Sixth Umbral Era -> Water). Needing that to check some things about the lore, but I can't seem to find the damn post.

I've been looking like crazy for it, anyone happens to know what the hell I'm talking about? lol.
