Characters were swapped after July 3rd maintenance.

Hello. I logged in a couple of days after the July 3rd maintenance, and I noticed 2 of my characters had swapped worlds. To elaborate, I had a character named Francesca Hermosa in Malboro. This is my main character. She is Level 46 Paladin. I also had a character named Francesca Hermosa on Ultros, Level 7, that I created a long time ago but never used again. When I logged back in on July 5, I noticed that the two characters had been swapped for some reason. My main character Francesca Hermosa Level 46 Paladin is now in Ultros and my Level 7 Francesca originaly from Ultros is now in Malboro. Malboro is the only server I use now as all my friends are on this one. I need to get these two characters moved back to their original server as soon as possible.
