GC Hand ins disappearing off of list before hand in

Steps:
1. After the afternoon reset on GC hand ins the list has been fully loaded with the new hand ins
2. Hours later when I check to get ready start my hand ins the list is missing a few.
3. The ones that are missing seem random.
4. Todays 7/8/2017 the Botanist hand-in is missing
5. Yesterday 7/7/2017 it was the Armorer hand in
