Graphic display settings not working for PS4

Graphic display settings I have noticed for female characters the physiques in motion settings does not work in all heavensward content or A Realm Reborn content

Even more so in combat areas and a lot of areas in stormblood as far as underwater swimming and swimming. There is no graphic change between display all and off ,,, even in residential areas that does not work properly only time you can actually see it working is in your estate only but as far as for heaven's Ward and A Realm Reborn you might as well not even have it on because there is no difference whatsoever

The question is why have a setting when it does not even work Final Fantasy XIV you may not think we do not notice this but we do please fix the display needs to work in all areas regardless of how old the content is because in the older content it doesn't even work at all as I stated please fix it
