No valid sub even when I just paid for my sub fees?

I was in the duty finder when I was disconnected from the instance. It stated that my account was invalid and that I had not paid for my sub fees even when I had yesterday.

I checked the mog station which stated my account was inactive yet on the payment history it showed that I had paid my sub fee and I checked my bank. The money was deposited.

I have been paying the same sub for years now so I have no idea why this is happening.

Has anyone else experienced this issue beforehand? Thank you for reading.
