Gagana Treasure map help

I usually have zero issues with maps, I am the person people go to when they have a map they are having trouble with among my friends. But I got a map for the Ruby Sea earlier I have been trying to find for half an hour with no luck.

This is a one person map for the Ruby Sea, does anyone have any ideas where it's specifically supposed to be?

it's just southeast of the Azim Steppe zone from the looks of it.
