Preferred World Transfer Error

HI!

I was trying to transfer my character (Rasa Mune) to Mateus from Gilgamesh and I somehow got transferred to Goblin. I have contacted support and they have asked me to open a bug ticket here.

You will see that on Mateus I had created a character (Rasa Mune). When my friend decided he was going to keep playing, I deleted this character in order to transfer my real character (Rasa Mune) from Gilgamesh.

I had issues selecting Mateus from the Worlds list and I somehow ended up being transferred to Goblin.

I have no idea what happened... But if you look at the history you will see the new character creation and that I deleted my character (before the transfer) with the intent to transfer to Mateus, not Goblin.

Can someone please help me get to Mateus... I understand that I might have to pay... I just need someone to please assist me so I don't have to wait 3 months to play on the same world as my friend who is a new player.
