Stuck in Quarrymill (PS4 Behemoth Server)

Steps:
1. Teleported to Quarrymill and got the instant disconnect logo next to my name - assumed it was due to the high number of players, relogged and retried a few times.
2. Retried the next morning when the number of players was substansially lower and still instant DC on login. Can't interact with anyone or anything but can chat. Unable to tele out and moving on my screen doesn't affect my movement on other peoples screen - other people can interact with me as FC members have tried partying with me to tele me out with them but unable to accept.

I am on PS4 in the EU but playing on Behemoth due to a lot of American friends that play. This has been recurring for days now.
