Ordering of UI and Job Gauge changes after certain phase transitions in Trials.

Date & Time: After a phase transition in a trial in which some UI elements are hidden. (e.g. Lakshmi's Alluring Embrace)
Frequency: Every time after such types of transitional phases.
Steps:
1. Position Job Gauge on top of UI element like Parameter Bars.
2. Enter a duty like Lakshmi, and proceed past a transitional phase where some UI elements are temporarily hidden.
3. Once the phase ends, the Job Gauge will be always positioned under the UI element until relogging.
