Can't Connect For 4 Days Now

Ever since 4.01 patch came out a few days, I'm unable to play for more than 2 minutes at a time, before getting disconnected and 90k'ed. I read that some are stuck at Quarrymill, but I just got to the Stormblood areas and can't do anything throughout the entire game, instance or not. I understand that a DDOS attack is underway, but it doesn't seem to affect my US friends (I'm playing from UK on NA Famfrit Server). As a returning player, I really can't recommend FFXIV to anyone, seeing how I can't even log in. I was hoping the hotfix fould help, but it seems that's not the case as just getting on my mount got me kicked out.

What's even worse, is that I sent a support day on the second day of this happening, the 5th of July, and not a single word was heard from Square since the automated message "We got your ticket". Highly doubt I'll subscribe and might even chargeback Stormblood (had base and Heavensward before, just never got round to playing properly back then). Sorry Square, and I even had fun :(
