Hey DEVs, and we add a new pose to MCH?

I get it, Machinist fires their gun all outstretched arm like an anine character. Its cool for sure. But as a guy that use to dump sand out my boots and shoot guns for a living, I find myself a bit bothered by the lack of a realistic shooting stance.

Your new running animation is spot on, but maybe Graze Head and a few skills like that should bring the butt to the shoulder and fire like a real gun.

Is reason MCH's gun is too big and heavy for one hand?

All the mch guns are handguns though, aren't they? Ridiculously large fantasy handguns, maybe, but handguns nonetheless. Wouldn't it be awkward to hold a handgun against your shoulder?

My aetherotransformer might as well be a first aid kit with all the cuts I get while sprinting. (It also looks extremely funny with short guns like the PotD one or the Garo one).

That said: MCH are currently doing air acrobatics while shooting (Have you SEEN the heated shot animations?). I'd find a realistic shooting stance somewhat out of place at this point.

I'm okay with shooting my gun like Vincent Valentine. I love all the new animations btw. If we did the whole shoulder two hand thing, It wouldn't feel like final fantasy. I don't even think Squall uses two hands. Can't remember though.

I think they used that kind of pose/animation for Rend Mind, but since that's gone, I don't know where they could fit something like that.

It looks cooler with 1 hand. Nuff said.

I take it you don't feel the HEAT.

I like it. Just like mages have different stances depending on one or twohanded weapons, so could MCH. Certain abilities could trigger this animation if the weapon is big.
