I noticed that the Achievements added with the release of 4.0 and 4.01 do not show up in the list of character Achievements on the Lodestone unless they have been obtained. Normally you'd see the Achievement in the list but it would not be flagged as completed. All the unobtained new Achievements simply aren't there.
I'm assuming that this is a bug and not done intentionally?
