90002 error keeps disconnecting me

Frequency:Every 5-20 minutes regardless of location/instance

Character name: Arai Helthren/All characters
Steps:
1. checked internet connection speed
2. contacted customer support and changed connection settings as advised
3. contacted them again and was told to file a bug report
