[Tank buff request] General buffs to abilities

PLD Royal Authority should have physical and magic damage down 5% debuff applied. DRK should have 3.0 Scourge and 3.0 Delirium consolidated into 1 weapon skill that combos off of Syphon Strike and changing the animation from Scourge animation to 3.0 Delirium animation with the potency being 400 with Dark Arts and 270 without and Dark Arts effect would be Magic Damage down 5%, and WAR Storm's path should do physical damage down 5% if in Deliverance, while also applying reducing damage taken by 15% when in Defiance. Have DRK Souleater have a Dark Arts+Grit effect that is Bloodbath effect but give a different effect name. Buff PLD Sword Oath so that every physical weaposkill and ability has a secondary hit and double Damage Over Time Potency and lower Hallowed Ground cooldown to 240 seconds . Remove the Dark Arts fades upon use effect on all weaponskill, abilities, and spells that use Dark Arts and extend Dark Arts duration to 20 seconds, give Dark Arts an effect that if you use it twice DRK gets 20% damage dealt increase for 30 seconds while increasing Grit damage taken reduced to 40% for 30 seconds, give Power Slash weaponskill Dark Arts+Grit effect of ignoring damage dealt penalty for 15 seconds, and buff Living Dead so that it restores 50% of maximum HP while still keeping Walking Dead status and have work like it does now. Increase Deliverance damage dealt increase to 10%.
