PS4 player, UK playing on NA server. Both me and my husband can't log in to our main characters, although it let me create a new one and log in on that! Dc's after 2 minutes but lightening bolt up from login. Can't travel, attack or anything. Only started today and has happened at Cloudtop, Bentbrench and Quarrymill.
