Tales of Adventurer question

The restrictions for the items include you can only purchase one "job specific" Tales of Adventurer item per account. But the wording is a bit confusing to me.
Does that mean I can only purchase one ToA item
Per job (WAR+BLM is okay but WAR+WAR on another character is not), or does that mean I can only get one ToA item period?
I would guess it will let you know at the Checkout screen if you already purchased one, but no notification popped up and with the "no refunds for mistaken purchases" warning at the start, I was hesitant to test it out.

You can only buy one level boost potion per account - not even per character. They have said that this may change in the future, but currently you can only jump one job for one character.

By referring to them as "job specific" ones, they just mean it refers to the job leveling group of "Tales of Adventurer" items, as opposed to the story jump ones ("Tales of Adventure: A Realm Reborn" and "Tales of Adventure: Heavensward"). It's possible to buy both one level jump potion and one story jump potion, but not to get more than one from either of those categories. So yes, as Ellia said, it's limited to one job for one character.
