Top Tier raider looking for a good group to raid with (RDM)

Recently returned to the game as an RDM. The last time I played hardcore was launch where I was able to get server first kills on the first two of the bosses in the binding coils as well as HM Titan (Obviously not very difficult content but first gotta mean something right?).

I've been a hardcore raider for years in multiple region/server first guilds. As far as raiding mentality, I love competition and downing bosses quickly and efficiently. I'm the kind of person who will sit on a target dummy for hours a day multiple days a week just to make sure I'm doing the best I possibly can at all times. Despite this I don't have an elitist attitude and am very open to criticism.

I'm looking for a medium, hardcore or top tier group, I am willing to transfer servers depending on the situation and possibly rerolling as well, though I would prefer to stick with RDM for the time being. Feel free to ask any and all questions.
